You can clearly see the hp is added, aswell the triple damage, what is exactly the issue?
 
Cleary i see in last screen that triple dmg i dont have.. so set is no active.... 3 Parts gives options but it show that all is active... I made helm and gloves as well but they up to excellent items...... Sooo
