Does any one know why it's stuck on this screen, I can hear the music of the game but the screen stuck

you can try to warp to lorencia, using website.

It's getting stuck on the beginning screen when it's loading, it's showing that it finish to load and I can hear the music but it's still stuck on this screen.

That's the first time I'm playing so I can't warp to lorencia.

No idea, this never happend before. I can suggest only to redownload the latest client, and or try with a new character.
Over 1k players, and nobody has this problem. So I assume something should be wrong on your end.

I've tried it on 2 different PC, bummer
