This system consists of trying your luck on the NPC "Moss the Gambler" found on the Elveland Map (22, 225) who by talking to him and paying a small tax can grant you unique items depending on your luck.

When you purchase the Item you can get items (Normal/Excellent/Rare), the Skill, the Luck, and the Option is determined randomly.
If you are lucky enough to get an Item Excellent you can come up with 2 or 3 options and when you buy it will come out fireworks.
When you purchase an Item, you need a 2 x 4 Inventory Slot.
