Hello, i have a few questions, so 1st one is where or how i can get Brilliant weapon? can you please create maybe one guide about it. 2nd question is where i can find Brilliant items? i mean its drops somewhere in high maps or only x-shop? and 3rd question that i saw how ppl here sell purple weapons with 600-600 dmg looks like random weapon, can you please tell me where i can find it too. Brilliant items are based on RUUD, you collect RUUD ingame from bosses and event, then spend ingame (elbeland npc) to buy blood angel items.
you can upgrade blood angel items all the way up to brilliant items
