Alchemist Class & Season 20 is Clickbait ?

As you can see on the server website and in publications, information regarding season 20 and the new Alchemist class is incomplete. And there is no such thing in the game. So what is this about? Why advertise something that isn't available anywhere else?

Alchemist class is in development, once it's fully balanced and the lastest skills issue's are resolved it will be released to the public. However features like the jewel upgrade system aswell the special options are right away available
