There is never any "admin" in game or to answer questions on discord or in this forum so far. Why not have junior "admin"? They can be in-game do events with giveaways and help in-game. I know you may worrie about paying these people so give them an Admin account with best sets or what ever and pay them in GP in personal account to do the Job.
