The Jewel of Harmony is a jewel that comes out of the refinement of the Gemstone that only drops on the Kanturu Map.
The Jewel of Harmony has 2 types of use.
First Type Use
Similar to (soul, bless) when inserting it to the item you can add the following options depending on the item.
NOTE: The jewel of Harmony has a percentage of effectiveness which is not specified but from the use I have given it I deduce that it must be 70 to 80% effective.

NOTE: When inserting the jewel of harmony, the item cannot be traded until it is restored without the added option.
New options for items in general with the Jewel of Harmony
Weapon Options:
Min. attack increase (PVM and PVP): Increases the minimum damage according to the level of reinforcement.
Max. attack increase (PVM and PVP): Increases the maximum damage according to the level of reinforcement.
Required Strength decrease: Reduces the force required by the item according to the level of reinforcement.
Required Agility decrease: Reduces the agility required by the item according to the level of reinforcement.
Attack increase (Min, Max)(PVM and PVP): Increases the minimum and maximum damage according to the level of reinforcement.
Critical damage increase (PVM and PVP): Increases critical damage according to the level of reinforcement.
Skill attack increase (PVM and PVP): Increases the maximum damage of the skill.
Attack success rate increase (PVP): Increases the attack rate in PVP plus chance of not getting MISS when attacking.
SD decrement increase (PVP): Increases the chance that damage will be higher on HP and not SD.
SD bypass rate increase (PVP): Damage taken ignores SD and goes straight to HP.

Wizardry damage increase (PVM and PVP): Increase the Wizardry damage according to the level of reinforcement.
Required Strength decrease: Reduces the force required by the item according to the reinforcement value.

Skill attack increase (PVM and PVP): Increases the Minimum and Maximum Damage of the skill.
