The daily quests were modified from Season 12 Episode 1 onwards, they vary according to the day and so do the NPCs which will give you the Quest and the Reward.

1. Mercenaries Free Registration
Talk to NPC "Mercenary Guild Manager Tercia" and pay 1,000,000 Zen in order to receive the quest. (One-time payment for the first time you enter the Quest).
2. Level 1 referral received
: Talk to NPC "Mercenary Guild Manager Tercia" and pay 500,000 Zen to receive "Receiving Lv. 1 Letter of Request" which when right-clicked on it will give you the next quest.
